Effective Date: October 19, 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTION 21 REQUIRES DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and She’s Financially Free, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“She’s Financially Free,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “You” means anyone who visits, uses, or buys from our Services.
By using our Services, or by checking the box at checkout, you agree to these Terms and to our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older who live in the United States. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Services Covered
These Terms apply to:
- our website, shesfinanciallyfree.com, including our blog, quizzes, and sign-up forms;
- our free resources and downloads;
- our paid digital products, including our budget planner and debt coloring sheet packet;
- our online course and coaching community; and
- the SFF Debt Tracker application.
Together, these are our “Services.”
4. Accounts and Third-Party Platforms
(a) Platforms. Some Services are delivered through third-party platforms, including SamCart (checkout), Circle (community), Thinkific (course), Zoom (live sessions), Calendly (scheduling), and Base44 (app). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or practices.
(b) Account security. When you create an account on any platform we use, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login secure, and all activity under your account. Do not share your login with anyone. Please notify us right away at support@shesfinanciallyfree.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
5. Changes to These Terms or Our Services
(a) Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use our Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Changes will not apply to any dispute that arose before the change took effect.
(b) Changes to our Services. We may change, update, or discontinue any part of our Services. If we discontinue a paid membership, we will follow the notice terms in the Financial Coaching Group Participation Agreement.
6. Purchases and Payment
(a) Checkout. Purchases are processed through SamCart using Stripe or PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
(b) Accuracy. We work to describe our products and prices accurately. If we discover a pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund your payment.
(c) Discount Codes. Discount codes are subject to the terms stated with the code, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.
(d) Coaching Program Payments. Payment terms for our coaching programs, including installment plans and any program guarantee, are set out in the program’s agreement, which you accept at checkout.
(e) Chargebacks. If you have a billing question, please contact us first at support@shesfinanciallyfree.com. If you dispute a valid charge with your bank instead, we may suspend your access to the related product or Program and provide these Terms and your purchase records to the payment processor.
7. Coaching Programs
Our coaching programs are governed by their own program agreements, which you accept at checkout. Each program agreement covers that program’s pricing, payment schedule, cancellation, refunds or guarantee, recordings, and Code of Conduct.
8. Refunds
Because our digital products are delivered immediately and can be downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except that we will refund:
- duplicate charges; and
- charges made in error.
Refunds for coaching programs, including any program guarantee, are governed by the Participation Agreement. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Not using a product you purchased does not entitle you to a refund.
9. Digital Products and License
(a) Delivery. Digital products are delivered by email through SamCart after purchase. For security purposes, download links expire 48 hours after they are sent, so please download and save your files right away. If your link expires before you download your files, email support@shesfinanciallyfree.com and we will send you a new link.
(b) Personal license. When you buy or download a product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, view, and print it for your own personal and household use. Each purchase is for one person.
(c) What you may not do. You may not, without our prior written consent:
- share, forward, or give our products or download links to others;
- copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute our products, whether free or paid;
- use our products with clients or for any commercial purpose;
- modify our products, or create derivative or competing products from them; or
- remove copyright or brand notices.

12. Your Content and Testimonials
(a) Your content. You keep ownership of the content you submit to us, such as comments, messages, community posts, quiz responses, and form submissions (“Your Content”). You confirm that you have the right to share Your Content and that it does not violate anyone’s rights.
(b) License to operate our Services. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use Your Content as needed to provide and improve our Services. We may also use quiz responses and feedback in aggregate, non-identifying form, such as “most of our readers say…”
(c) Testimonials and marketing. We will not use your name, image, voice, testimonial, or identifiable content in marketing or on social media without your separate written consent.
13. The SFF Debt Tracker App
The SFF Debt Tracker app is a free educational tool to help you organize and visualize your debt repayment. By using the App, you agree that:
- the App is provided “as is” and for educational and organizational purposes only;
- payoff dates, totals, net worth figures, and simulator results are estimates based only on information you enter, and may not reflect your lenders’ actual interest, fees, or terms;
- you are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for confirming balances and terms with your lenders;
- the App does not connect to your financial accounts, and you should not enter account numbers, passwords, or Social Security numbers; and
- the App is hosted by Base44, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.
How App information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Third-Party Links and Content
Our Services may link to third-party websites, platforms, and resources for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
15. Educational Purposes Only
Our Services provide general financial education about budgeting, debt payoff, credit, saving, and money mindset. They are not financial, investment, tax, credit, accounting, or legal advice. She’s Financially Free and its founder are not licensed financial professionals, and no specific results are guaranteed. Our full Disclaimer is part of these Terms.
16. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information, and is part of these Terms.
17. No Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND APP ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION OR CALCULATION IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ACCURATE.
18. Limitation of Liability
(a) EXCLUDED DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHE’S FINANCIALLY FREE, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR FINANCIAL DECISIONS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES.
(b) CAP. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (2) $100.
(c) Application. These limits apply to any theory of liability, including contract, tort, and negligence. Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless She’s Financially Free, LLC and its members, managers, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that we incur arising from:
- your violation of these Terms;
- Your Content;
- your misuse of our Services or Content, including any infringement of intellectual property rights; or
- your violation of any law or the rights of another person.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your access to all or part of our Services, and remove any of Your Content, if you violate these Terms, the Participation Agreement, or the law, or if your use creates risk or harm to us, our members, or others. We may also discontinue free resources at any time. If we end your access to a paid product without cause, we will refund the amount you paid for that product. Sections 9(c), 10, 12, and 15 through 25 survive termination.
21. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
(a) Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, you agree to contact us at support@shesfinanciallyfree.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
(b) Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Fees are paid as provided in those rules. Arbitration will take place in Fulton County, Georgia, or by video conference if the arbitrator allows. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
(c) Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
(d) Class action and jury waiver. You and She’s Financially Free agree to bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. You and She’s Financially Free each waive the right to a jury trial.
(e) Severability of this section. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a claim, that claim will proceed in court rather than in arbitration. The rest of this Section 21 will remain in effect.
22. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
23. Order of Precedence
If you are a member of our coaching community and these Terms conflict with the Financial Coaching Group Participation Agreement, the Participation Agreement controls as to your membership.
24. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content in our Services infringes your copyright, please email support@shesfinanciallyfree.com with:
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- where the material appears in our Services;
- your name and contact information; and
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized and that the information you provided is accurate.
We will review and respond to valid requests.
25. General Terms
(a) Entire agreement. These Terms, the Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy, and, for members, the Participation Agreement are the entire agreement between you and us about our Services.
(b) Assignment. We may assign these Terms, including in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of our business. You may not assign or transfer these Terms.
(c) Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect, and that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
(d) No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
(e) Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including platform outages, internet failures, illness, natural disasters, or government action.
(f) Electronic communications. You agree to receive notices and agreements electronically, and electronic records of these Terms and your acceptance have the same effect as signed paper records.
