She’s Financially Free – Total Money Reset (TMR) Live Participation Agreement
TMR – Live Participation Agreement
This TMR – Live Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between She’s Financially Free, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the individual enrolling in the program (“Participant” or “you”). It governs your participation in TMR – Live (the “Program”).
1. Acceptance. By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you agree to this Agreement, the Code of Conduct attached as Exhibit A, our Terms and Conditions (available at shesfinanciallyfree.com/tc/), our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not enroll.
2. Eligibility. By enrolling, you represent that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you reside in the United States; and
- you are enrolling for yourself only.
Each enrollment is for one individual. Logins and access may not be shared or transferred.
3. The Program.
3.1 Live program dates. Live Program sessions run weekly beginning Wednesday, October 28, 2026 and ending Wednesday, December 16, 2026.
3.2 What’s included. While your access is active, you will receive:
- weekly live coaching calls where we work through the Total Money Reset planner and course material together;
- weekly silent co-working sessions, where you can work on your own and ask questions if you get stuck;
- weekly assigned course lessons from the online course “How to Be Financially Free,” hosted on Thinkific, which you complete on your own;
- the Total Money Reset printable planner;
- recordings of the live coaching calls; and
- the private Program community, hosted on Circle.
The Program does not include one-on-one coaching or tiered access. The Company does not guarantee any response time to posts, comments, or questions.
3.3 Access period. Your access to the Program, including the course on Thinkific, the planner, and call recordings begins when you enroll and continues until your final installment is charged under Section 6.2 (your “Access End Date”). After your Access End Date, your access to all Program materials ends. You may keep any planner pages you printed or downloaded before your Access End Date for your own personal and household use, subject to Section 14.
4. Third-Party Platforms. The Program is delivered through third-party platforms, which may include Circle, Zoom, Thinkific, SamCart, and Google Forms. Your use of these platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the availability, performance, or data practices of third-party platforms.
5. Program Changes.
5.1 Sessions. The Company may change session days, times, platforms, or format, and may cancel or reschedule individual sessions, including for holidays, scheduling conflicts, illness, or technical issues. Changed, cancelled, or rescheduled sessions do not entitle you to a refund or credit.
5.2 Cancellation of the Program. If the Company cancels the Program before live sessions begin, you will receive a full refund. If the Company ends the Program early for reasons within its control, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining weeks, and any remaining installments will be canceled.
Price, Payments, and Refunds
6. Price and Payment Plan.
6.1 Program price. The total Program price is $291.00 USD, plus any applicable taxes, paid in three installments of $97.00.
6.2 Payment schedule. By enrolling, you authorize the Company and its payment processor, SamCart, to charge your payment method:
- $97.00 on the date you enroll;
- $97.00 one month after your enrollment date; and
- $97.00 two months after your enrollment date.
6.3 Your commitment. The payment plan is a way to pay the full Program price over time. It is not a subscription you can cancel month to month. Except as provided in Section 8 (Refund Guarantee) and Section 9 (Removal Refund), all three installments are owed even if you stop participating.
7. Failed Payments and Chargebacks.
7.1 Failed payments. If an installment fails, SamCart will notify you by email and automatically retry the charge on its standard retry schedule. If all retry attempts fail, your access will be suspended until you update your payment method and the payment is made. The unpaid balance remains due.
7.2 Chargebacks. If you dispute or reverse a valid charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, the Company may immediately remove you from the Program. The Company may provide this Agreement and your account records to the payment processor to contest the dispute.
8. Refund Guarantee.
8.1 Full refund for any reason. You may request a full refund of all amounts you have paid, for any reason, by emailing support@shesfinanciallyfree.com no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, November 12, 2026 (the “Refund Deadline”). No reason is required.
8.2 What happens when you request a refund. When you request a refund:
- your access to the Program, course, planner, recordings, and community ends immediately;
- any remaining installments are canceled; and
- your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
8.3 After the Refund Deadline. Requests received after the Refund Deadline will not be granted, and all remaining installments remain due. The Company will still refund duplicate charges and charges made in error at any time.
8.4 Exclusions. The Refund Guarantee does not apply if you were removed from the Program under Section 11 or Section 7.2.
9. Removal Refund. If the Company removes you from the Program for a Code of Conduct violation under Section 11, you may request a refund of your most recent installment by emailing support@shesfinanciallyfree.com within 72 hours of the removal notice. Any remaining installments will be canceled. This refund is not available if you were removed because of a chargeback or nonpayment.
Recordings, Conduct, Confidentiality, Privacy, and Intellectual Property
10. Recordings.
10.1 Consent to recording. Live coaching calls are recorded. By attending, you consent to the recording of your voice, image, name, and any chat messages or questions you submit during a call. Silent co-working sessions are not recorded. Each recorded call will begin with a recording notice.
10.2 Privacy options. You may attend with your camera off, display your first name only, and submit questions anonymously.
10.3 Recording access. Recordings are available only to current Participants until their Access End Date. The Company may remove recordings at its discretion.
10.4 Marketing use. The Company will not use any portion of a recording in which you appear or are identified for marketing or public content without your separate written consent.
10.5 No Participant recordings. You may not record, screenshot, transcribe, download, or copy any session, post, comment, or community content, including by using AI note-takers, transcription bots, or similar tools.

11.1 Code of Conduct. You agree to follow the Code of Conduct in Exhibit A at all times while participating in the Program.
11.2 Removal at Company’s discretion. The Company may remove you from the Program, delete your content, and end your access immediately, at its sole discretion and without prior warning, if it determines that you have violated this Agreement or the Code of Conduct, or that your participation disrupts the community. The Company is not required to explain or justify any removal, and all removal decisions are final.
11.3 Effect of removal. Upon removal, your access ends immediately, and you may not enroll in future Company programs without the Company’s consent. Any refund is governed by Section 9.
12. Confidentiality. Participants share personal financial information in the community and during sessions. You agree to keep confidential all information shared by other Participants, including their names, identities, personal stories, and financial details, and not to disclose it outside the Program. This obligation does not apply to information that is already public through no fault of yours, or that you are required by law to disclose. This obligation survives the end of the Program.
13. Privacy.
13.1 Privacy Policy. The Company collects, uses, and protects your personal information as described in its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement.
13.2 Intake information. The Company may ask you to complete an intake form about your income, financial goals, and debts. This information is collected through Google Forms, is used only to tailor your coaching experience, and is kept for the length of your participation plus 12 months, then deleted. You are not required to share any information you are not comfortable sharing.
13.3 Email communications. By enrolling, you will be added to the Company’s email list. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You will continue to receive transactional emails about the Program.
14. Intellectual Property.
14.1 Ownership. All Program content, including the course, the Total Money Reset planner, call content and recordings, assignments, worksheets, and other materials, is owned by the Company and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content presented by guest experts during Program sessions is owned by the Company.
14.2 License. Until your Access End Date, the Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Program content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
14.3 Restrictions. You may not share your login or access; copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or resell Program content; teach, license, or repackage Program content for others; or create derivative works or competing products from Program content.
15. Participant Content and Testimonials.
15.1 Participant content. You keep ownership of the posts, comments, and other content you submit to the community (“Participant Content”). You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and store your Participant Content within the Program to operate the community.
15.2 Testimonials. The Company will not use your Participant Content, wins, results, name, image, or testimonial in marketing or public content without your separate written consent.
Disclaimers, Liability, and Dispute Resolution
16. Educational Purposes Only. The Program is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. The Company and its founder are not licensed financial advisors, certified financial planners, investment advisers, accountants, tax professionals, credit counselors, or attorneys. Nothing in the Program, including calls, co-working sessions, the course, the planner, assignments, posts, or guest expert presentations, is financial, investment, tax, credit, or legal advice, or a recommendation of any specific financial product, account, fund, or company. You should consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions. Guest experts’ views are their own.
17. No Guarantee of Results. The Company makes no guarantee that you will reduce debt, improve your credit, increase savings, or achieve any particular financial result during or after the Program. Testimonials and success stories, including the founder’s own story, reflect individual experiences and are not typical or a promise of your results. Your results depend on your own circumstances, decisions, and effort. The Refund Guarantee in Section 8 is a satisfaction guarantee, not a guarantee of financial results.
18. Participant Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, the information you choose to share, and your conduct in the Program. Any tools, trackers, or templates rely on information you enter and produce estimates only; you are responsible for verifying their accuracy.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability.
19.1 As-is. The Program is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Program or any platform.
19.2 Exclusion of damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its members, managers, contractors, and guest experts are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any financial losses arising from your decisions, related to the Program.
19.3 Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or the Program will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Program.
20. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its members, managers, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that the Company incurs arising from your breach of this Agreement or the Code of Conduct, your Participant Content, or your disclosure of another Participant’s information.
21. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration.
21.1 Informal resolution. Before starting arbitration, you agree to contact support@shesfinanciallyfree.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 business days.
21.2 Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement or the Program will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Fees are paid as provided in those rules. Arbitration will take place in Fulton County, Georgia, or by video conference if the arbitrator allows. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
21.3 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The Company may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property or enforce Sections 10.5, 12, or 14.
21.4 Class action and jury waiver. You and the Company agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. You and the Company each waive the right to a jury trial.
22. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act.
23. Changes to this Agreement. Because the Program runs for a fixed period, the Company will not make material changes to this Agreement during your access period without your consent, except as permitted by Section 5.
24. Notices. Notices to the Company must be sent to support@shesfinanciallyfree.com or by mail to She’s Financially Free, LLC, 3342 Peachtree Rd NE, Ste 180 #A2052, Atlanta, GA 30326. Notices to you will be sent to the email address you used to enroll.
25. General Terms.
25.1 Entire agreement. This Agreement, its exhibit, and the documents incorporated in Section 1 are the entire agreement between you and the Company about the Program. If this Agreement conflicts with the Terms and Conditions, the Disclaimer, or the Privacy Policy, this Agreement controls as to the Program.
25.2 Assignment. The Company may assign this Agreement, including in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of its business. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your enrollment.
25.3 Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains in effect, and the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
25.4 Force majeure. The Company is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including platform outages, internet failures, illness, natural disasters, or government action.
25.5 No waiver. The Company’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
25.6 Relationship. This Agreement does not create a fiduciary, advisory, partnership, or employment relationship.
25.7 Survival. Sections 6 through 9 (as to amounts owed and refunds), 10.5, 12, 14, and 16 through 25 survive the end of the Program and your access period.
25.8 Electronic acceptance. Your electronic acceptance at checkout has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
